Job summary

Pubinno, Inc. is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our rapidly growing global team. You will manage day-to-day financial operations, support reporting, budgeting, and collaborate with external accounting partners.

Based in our office network, you will help drive accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our expanding markets while benefiting from a people-first culture and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Proactive mindset and solution orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations: bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Prepare financial reports, cash flow statements, and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with external accounting partners for timely reporting.
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage company credit cards and reimbursements.
• Archive financial documents per regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
• Support travel, events, and logistics for the team.
• Handle basic facility tasks and liaise with building management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory policies in office operations.

Here’s What You Will Be Doing:

• Assist in day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking

• Work with external accounting partners to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• Track and archive financial documents in line with regulatory requirements
• Manage and maintain office supply inventories and coordinate purchases
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, utilities, courier)
• Support travel and accommodation arrangements for team members
• Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and logistics
• Handle basic facility management tasks and liaise with building management when necessary
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory policies in office operations

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
