Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• 8–10 years of experience in finance functions
• Previous involvement in at least one IPO process
• Strong knowledge of capital markets regulations and financial compliance processes
• Strong background in financial valuation, reporting, and analysis
• Experience managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Advanced knowledge of cash flow management and financial planning
• Good command of English
