Job summary

A global quality assurance provider is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Istanbul to provide financial analysis and support decision-making across various business units. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, a solid knowledge of IFRS, and advanced Excel skills. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and improving financial processes in operational finance. An excellent command of English is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial audit, financial analysis, budgeting and/or reporting.
• Experience in international audit firms is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivot, DAX, VBA and SQL are a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business units.
• Support business units in preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Monitor business unit performance through sales and cost analyses.
• Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes in procurement and cost control.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and KPI tracking.
• Support approval processes for capital expenditure and recruitment.
• Contribute to management reporting in line with the group calendar.
• Perform financial data analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports.
• Support central budgeting and reporting processes with the finance team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• 2–4 years of experience in financial audit, financial analysis, budgeting and/or reporting
• Experience in international audit firms is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business units within the company, supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes
• Support business units in preparing financial analyses, reports and presentations for international headquarters
• Monitor business unit performance through sales, cost and profitability analyses
• Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency improvements and cost‑saving opportunities
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, particularly in procurement, cost control and operational finance areas
• Actively contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
• Support the preparation of monthly management reports, KPI tracking and performance analyses
• Support the approval processes for capital expenditure purchases and personnel recruitment
• Contribute to the preparation of management and group reporting in line with the group reporting calendar
• Perform financial data analysis and prepare ad‑hoc reports in response to business unit requests
• Support central budgeting and reporting processes in collaboration with the finance team.
