- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- 2–4 years of experience in financial audit, financial analysis, budgeting and/or reporting
- Experience in international audit firms is preferred
- Solid knowledge of IFRS
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced Excel skills (knowledge of advanced tools such as Power Pivot, DAX,VBA and SQL is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling / data analysis capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with different departments and adopt a business partnering approach
- Proactive, results-oriented, detail-focused and eager to learn
- Strong team player with a high sense of responsibility
- Military service completed for male candidates
- Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business units within the company, supporting financial analysis and decision-making processes
- Support business units in preparing financial analyses, reports and presentations for international headquarters
- Monitor business unit performance through sales, cost and profitability analyses
- Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency improvements and cost‑saving opportunities
- Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, particularly in procurement, cost control and operational finance areas
- Actively contribute to budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Support the preparation of monthly management reports, KPI tracking and performance analyses
- Support the approval processes for capital expenditure purchases and personnel recruitment
- Contribute to the preparation of management and group reporting in line with the group reporting calendar
- Perform financial data analysis and prepare ad‑hoc reports in response to business unit requests
- Support central budgeting and reporting processes in collaboration with the finance team.
