Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Turkey is seeking a field sales professional to visit sub-dealers, wholesalers and service points. You will inform and promote Bosch Home Comfort products, loyalty programs, and current campaigns to sub-dealers and their staff, while following up on needs and feedback at the dealer level.

Responsibilities include supporting market surveys at sub-dealer level, reporting on loyalty contracts, and assisting wholesalers with local campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• No restrictions on domestic travel.
• Valid Class B driver’s license and active driving experience.
• Proficient in basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Visits sub-dealers, wholesalers and service points.
• Informs and promotes sub-dealers’ employees about Bosch Home Comfort product portfolio and features.
• Informs and promotes sub-dealers about Loyalty Programs and gaining new members.
• Informs and promotes sub-dealers about current activities and campaigns by Bosch Home Comfort.
• Follows up demands, complaints and needs of sub-dealers in the region.
• Supports market surveys (trends, volume) at sub-dealer level.
• Controls and reports dealers regarding loyalty club contracts.
• Supports wholesalers in local campaigns with related members.
