Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in Turkey seeks a Senior Heatcell Engineering Leader who acts as the technical authority within the Heatcell development domain, providing system-level expertise, mentoring, and driving engineering excellence across international projects.

You will develop and promote engineering guidelines, lead complex investigations, connect knowledge across domains, and influence standards and technology direction to strengthen long-term organizational capability.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Heatcell development and HVAC engineering.
• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical authority within Heatcell domain and provide system-level guidance.
• Lead complex investigations, risk assessments, and root-cause analyses.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Collaborate across international project teams and connect knowledge across domains.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps and evolution of engineering standards.
