Job summary

Sungrow Europe is seeking a Service & Support professional to join our Turkiye team, acting as the interface between customers and Sungrow during on-site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.

You will diagnose technical issues, support project management during commissioning, and travel frequently with a willingness for on-call duties, while working within a multinational, energy-focused environment. Turkish and English at B2 level or higher are required.

Qualifications

• Education as an Electrical Technician or Electrical Engineer.
• Turkish and English at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to participate in on‑call duty when required.
• Experience interacting with customers in technical or time‑critical situations.
• Open to travel frequently.
• Active driving license.

Responsibilities

• Act as the interface between customers and Sungrow, ensuring smooth communication and support.
• Take ownership of assigned customer cases and ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Provide technical service and support during on-site interventions, field visits, or remote dispatches.
• Diagnose technical issues and contribute to sustainable service solutions.
• Support our Project Management team during commissioning and site acceptance processes.
• Follow established operational procedures, health & safety regulations, and documentation standards.
