MAVISOL IC ve DIS TIC. A.S. in Ümraniye, Turkey seeks a Sales Manager to grow a portfolio of Personal Care and Nutraceuticals ingredients. You will shape sales strategies, visit customers in the field, and deliver tailored product solutions with technical documentation and samples.

You will negotiate contracts, prepare quotations, and coordinate with supply chain to ensure on‑time delivery while tracking market trends and regulatory changes to maximize margins.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or business development experience in chemicals, ingredients, or related life sciences markets such as personal care, nutraceuticals, I&I/household, or perfume & fragrance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel 70–80% of time.
• Proven account management skills from building relationships to revenue goals.
• Experience creating sales plans, managing pipelines, and handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for technical and commercial audiences.
• Fluent Turkish and English; other languages are a plus.
• Based in Ümraniye with regular field visits across the region.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute sales strategies for Personal Care & Nutraceuticals ingredients.
• Uncover new business opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.
• Run risk assessments and help prepare exhibitions, workshops, and presentations.
• Visit customers’ R&D and procurement teams and provide technical documentation and samples.
• Track product approvals and negotiate prices and contracts; prepare quotations.
• Follow orders through to on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support product launches with cross‑functional teams and improve stock planning.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments to steer commercial decisions.
