Job summary

Otis Worldwide Corporation is seeking a Field Quality Specialist in the Istanbul area to support quality initiatives across Operations, Service, Sales, Engineering and Factory teams.

You will analyze field performance data, support root-cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and contribute to ISO 9001 quality management activities, with the aim of reducing callbacks, customer complaints and warranty costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Service, Operations, or Continuous Improvement.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel across the country up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Support field quality improvement activities to reduce callbacks, customer complaints, and warranty costs.
• Analyze quality and field performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective action activities for field quality issues.
• Work with Operations, Service, New Equipment, Sales, Engineering, and Factories to resolve quality issues.
• Support customer complaint and escalation management processes.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using company tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and share best practices.
• Support ISO 9001 quality management system activities, including audits, documentation, and corrective actions.
