Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a Customer Engineer - Power to cover the Turkey region, primarily Istanbul area. This field-based role involves installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS and battery systems.

You will diagnose faults, perform measurements, prepare maintenance forms, and provide technical customer support as part of a 24/7 service organization. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

3–5 years of field service experience in UPS or relevant technical industry.
Technical knowledge of UPS and battery systems.
Ability to read electrical/electronic circuit diagrams.
Ability to use electrical measuring instruments and service tools.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS and battery systems.
Complete scheduled maintenance and service activities per procedures and quality standards.
Diagnose faults, measure and inspect, and implement technical solutions.
Provide technical support to customers as part of 24/7 service when required.
Carry out service activities promptly while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Prepare service reports and enter data into systems on time.
Provide customers with information on equipment operation and procedures.
Identify and report risks, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities at sites.
Work in compliance with procedures, quality standards, and OHS requirements.
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
