Vertiv seeks a Field Service Technician to install, commission, and maintain UPS and battery systems at customer sites. You will diagnose faults, perform measurements, and provide technical support as part of a 24/7 service network. Travel both domestically and internationally is required to meet service commitments.

Qualifications

Experience with installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of UPS and battery systems.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of UPS and battery systems at customer sites.
Complete scheduled maintenance and service activities in accordance with procedures and quality standards.
Diagnose faults, perform measurements, and implement technical solutions.
Provide technical support to customers as part of the 24/7 service organization when required.
Enter service reports and fault records accurately into relevant systems.
