Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ year of related experience in banking or related sectors; planning and supporting strategic initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to identify revenue and cost drivers to help the company reach goals.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including data analysis, reporting, PivotTables and formulas.
