Job Description

As a Retail Field & Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing sales and field performance data, coordinating closely with both office-based and field teams, and transforming raw data from multiple sources into meaningful and actionable insights.

The role combines data analysis, reporting, field operations, performance tracking, and AI-supported automation. You will play an important role in ensuring that field activities, sales performance, incentive processes, and operational plans are monitored effectively and presented clearly to relevant stakeholders.
