Job summary

CHEP, a global leader in pallet and supply chain solutions, seeks a Field Operations Executive based in Gaziantep with a hybrid remote work model.

You will design and execute retailer account strategies, foster strong retailer relationships, and drive asset recovery and cost reduction. A degree in business or engineering and 5+ years in retail/sales/logistics/manufacturing are required.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Studies, Engineering or relevant studies.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Retail, Sales, Logistic Operations, or Manufacturing.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations.
Drive improvements in collection performance and improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure.
Visit retailers to train staff and enforce asset control practices.
Support onboarding of new customers and define asset recovery processes.
Manage audit programs within the account portfolio and forecast results.
Collaborate with internal/external partners to grow CHEP’s customer base.
Monitor asset control metrics and implement corrective actions.
