Nobel Ilac A.S is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR processes and employee lifecycle management for Sales & Marketing teams. You will partner with the HR Business Partner Team Lead to drive HR solutions and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR, a Bachelor's degree in related fields, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for daily tasks in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Aufgaben

• Providing support to employees and managers as the first point of contact for HR processes, systems, and practices.
• Supporting the effective execution of HR processes for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Working closely with relevant business unit managers to coordinate day-to-day HR processes.
• Understanding the organizational needs and priorities of business units and supporting the implementation of HR solutions and strategic HR business partnering processes.
• Following up on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, rotations, role changes, and offboarding, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitoring organizational changes and employee movements, ensuring that relevant records are kept up to date and processes are carried out accurately.
• Supporting the implementation of workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and employee experience processes.
• Conducting exit interviews and reporting the feedback gathered.
• Contributing to the preparation of HR reports and the execution of periodic HR projects.
