Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S invites candidates to its International Management Executive Program to groom future leaders in the pharmaceutical sector. The program welcomes applicants who have a Bachelor's degree and substantial professional experience, with emphasis on research, communication, and proficiency in MS Office.

Ideal candidates may hold a Pharmacy or Medicine degree, demonstrate strong English skills, and have no travel restrictions within Nobel countries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields, (candidates with a degree in Pharmacy or Medicine will be given preference)
• Preferably 5–8 years of professional experience with proven expertise
• Excellent research and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English but also knowledge of Russian is preferred
• No travel restrictions within Nobel countries.

International Management Executive Program

What is the Purpose of This Position?

In this role, you will be prepared for future leadership roles through managerial experience in different positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
