Job summary

Nobel İlaç is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and business partnering for Sales & Marketing. You will serve as a first point of contact and help coordinate day-to-day HR activities.

With at least two years in HR and strong English, you will partner with line managers to implement HR solutions, manage onboarding, rotations, exits, and HR reporting, contributing to various HR projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to employees and managers as the first point of contact for HR processes, systems, and practices.
• Supporting the effective execution of HR processes for Sales & Marketing teams.
• Working closely with relevant business unit managers to coordinate day-to-day HR processes.
• Understanding organizational needs and supporting HR solutions and strategic HR business partnering processes.
• Following up on employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, promotions, rotations, role changes, and offboarding.
• Monitoring organizational changes and employee movements, ensuring records are up to date and processes are carried out accurately.
• Supporting workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and employee experience processes.
• Conducting exit interviews and reporting feedback.
• Contributing to HR reports and the execution of periodic HR projects.

What is the Summary of This Position?

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and HR business partnering activities for Sales & Marketing teams and will report to the Sales & Marketing HR Business Partner Team Lead.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Providing support to employees and managers as the first point of contact for HR processes, systems, and practices,
• Supporting the effective execution of HR processes for Sales & Marketing teams,
• Working closely with relevant business unit managers to coordinate day-to-day HR processes,
• Understanding the organizational needs and priorities of business units and supporting the implementation of HR solutions and strategic HR business partnering processes,
• Following up on employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, rotations, role changes, and offboarding, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders,
• Monitoring organizational changes and employee movements, ensuring that relevant records are kept up to date and processes are carried out accurately,
• Supporting the implementation of workforce planning, performance management, talent management, and employee experience processes,
• Conducting exit interviews and reporting the feedback gathered,
• Contributing to the preparation of HR reports and the execution of periodic HR projects.
