Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S. in Türkiye is seeking a Field Team Manager responsible for leading the field team to achieve business objectives, monitoring budgets, tracking performance, and ensuring effective field operations.

You will plan sales budgets, develop expertise in therapeutic areas, and manage customer relationships across relevant specialties. This role also involves coaching, monitoring field activities, and making on-site recommendations to optimize practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Experience in managing teams within sales functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the field team to achieve business targets.
• Plan and monitor sales budgets, expenses, and promotions for the product group.
• Develop deep therapeutic area knowledge and conduct effective customer management.
• Define performance criteria, evaluate results, and create development plans.
• Coordinate coaching, mentoring and competency development for the team.
• Oversee field monitoring to ensure proper use of promotional materials.
• Conduct regional visits to observe field practices and develop action recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Ensuring that the field team under responsibility achieves its business targets in line with company strategies,
• Planning the sales, expense, and promotional budgets of the product group in line with annual strategies,
• Developing in‑depth knowledge and expertise in the therapeutic areas under responsibility and conducting effective customer management in relevant specialties,
• Defining performance criteria of the field team, evaluating results, and creating development plans,
• Managing coaching, mentoring, and competency development activities aimed at improving team performance,
• Conducting field monitoring to ensure the effective, efficient, and correct use of promotional materials,
• Performing regional visits to observe field practices on-site and developing required action recommendations.
