Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S is seeking an experienced Insurance & Risk Manager to oversee corporate insurance programs and claims management across the group. You will conduct risk analyses, report to the Treasury Manager, and drive continuous improvement in coverage and cost efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least five years in corporate insurance, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English. You will interact with brokers, insurers, loss adjusters, and internal teams to align risk

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Good command of MS Office programs.
• Experience in corporate insurance programs and claims management processes.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage corporate insurance programs and renewals for group companies (Fire, Engineering, Transportation, Liability, Credit Insurance, etc.).
• Coordinate relationships with brokers, insurance companies, loss adjusters and consultants.
• Assess insurance coverage adequacy and propose improvements.
• Oversee claims management processes and report settlements to top management.
• Maintain and monitor the corporate risk inventory across the organization.
• Prepare risk and insurance reports.
• Conduct market analyses to optimize insurance costs.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing corporate insurance programs and claims management processes, while conducting risk analyses and identifying areas for improvement and will report to the Treasury Manager.

What You'll Be Doing?

• Conducting process and continuous audits in line with the annual internal audit plan,
• Managing and renewing all insurance policies (Fire, Engineering, Transportation, Liability, Credit Insurance, etc.) belonging to the group companies,
• Managing relationships with insurance brokers, insurance companies, loss adjusters and relevant consultants,
• Regularly assessing the adequacy of insurance coverage and developing recommendations for improvement,
• Coordinating claims management processes, following up on claims settlements and reporting to top management,
• Establishing, updating and monitoring the corporate risk inventory across the organization,
• Preparing risk and insurance reports,
• Conducting initiatives to optimize insurance costs and performing market analysis.
