Job summary

Nobel Ilac A.S is seeking a skilled Cost Controlling professional based in Türkiye. You will lead product costing, budgeting and profitability analyses to drive cost efficiency across manufacturing and commercial activities.

The role requires 5+ years in cost controlling within a manufacturing environment, strong SAP CO experience, advanced Excel skills, and fluent English. This position is on site in Marmara Bölgesi, Fatih, Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost controlling, cost accounting, manufacturing finance or financial controlling.
• Strong understanding of product costing, manufacturing cost structures, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; pharmaceutical experience is an asset.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, particularly in the CO module.
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Perform product cost and variance analyses to identify key cost drivers and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor actual manufacturing and material costs against budget and forecast, identifying deviations, risks and opportunities.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes focused on manufacturing and product costs.
• Conduct product profitability and contribution margin analyses to support decisions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of productivity and cost optimization initiatives and track savings.
• Provide financial support for new products, manufacturing scenarios and business cases through cost analyses.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance to drive cost transparency.
• Prepare cost performance reports and provide insights on trends and deviations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of cost controlling processes and tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for product and manufacturing cost analysis, budgeting, profitability, and cost optimization processes

What You’ll Be Doing?

• Perform product cost and variance analyses to identify key cost drivers and provide actionable insights,
• Monitor actual manufacturing and material costs against budget and forecast, identifying key deviations, risks and opportunities,
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes, with a focus on manufacturing and product costs,
• Conduct product profitability and contribution margin analyses to support commercial and operational decision-making,
• Evaluate the financial impact of productivity and cost optimization initiatives and track realized savings,
• Provide financial support for new products, manufacturing scenarios and business cases through cost simulations and financial analyses,
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance teams to drive cost transparency and support performance improvement,
• Prepare regular cost performance reports and provide insights on key trends and deviations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost controlling processes, reporting tools and analytical capabilities.

Which Profile Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in cost controlling, cost accounting, manufacturing finance or financial controlling,
• Strong understanding of product costing, manufacturing cost structures, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting,
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in the pharmaceutical is considered an asset,
• Advanced proficiency in SAP, particularly in the CO module,
• Proficiency in Ms Office programs , Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• Good command of written and spoken English.
