Job summary

ZEISS Istanbul is seeking an Application Specialist to support clinical application, user training and field implementation of ZEISS products. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, distributors and internal teams to ensure correct, safe and effective use while driving customer satisfaction and commercial success.

The role demands four or more years in medical devices, a Biomedical Engineering degree, excellent training and presentation skills, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related technical engineering discipline.
• At least four years of experience in the medical device industry.
• Strong training, presentation and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical application processes and deliver training during product launches.
• Plan and deliver theoretical and practical training for doctors, nurses, technicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate demonstrations, workshops and clinical activities with internal teams and distributors.
• Provide clinical and technical support during congresses, workshops and customer events.
• Capture feedback from users and share insights with product and field teams.
• Maintain training materials, technical documentation and product content.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and events to ensure proper usage of ZEISS products.
