Job summary

A global quality assurance provider is looking for a Finance Business Partner in Istanbul to provide financial analysis and support decision-making across various business units. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, a solid knowledge of IFRS, and advanced Excel skills. The role involves budgeting, forecasting, and improving financial processes in operational finance. An excellent command of English is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in financial audit, financial analysis, budgeting and/or reporting.
• Experience in international audit firms is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of IFRS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business units.
• Support business units in preparing financial analyses and reports.
• Monitor business unit performance through sales and cost analyses.
• Work closely with operational teams to analyze cost structures.
• Contribute to the improvement of financial processes in procurement and cost control.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and KPI tracking.
• Support approval processes for capital expenditure and recruitment.
• Contribute to management reporting in line with the group calendar.
• Perform financial data analysis and prepare ad-hoc reports.
