Job summary

OPLOG Inc. is hiring a senior Facilities, HSE and Administrative leader to unify systems across Türkiye warehouses and scale operations with automation in mind.

You will own ISO 45001/14001 programs, lead a team, and transition services from outsourced to in-house while coordinating vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with Turkish regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and running Facilities, HSE and Administrative operations in logistics or industrial environments.
• Built standards across multiple sites, not just one location.
• Hands-on experience systemizing warehouse operations and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy a unified Facilities, HSE and Administrative Affairs system across all OPLOG Türkiye warehouses.
• Systemize end-to-end administrative operations across warehouses: cleaning, security, shuttle, catering, maintenance, utilities.
• Build occupational health and safety architecture for environments with autonomous robots (TARQAN).
• Own ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification, audit cycles and continuous improvement.
• Lead HSE Specialist function and workplace physician coordination across sites.
• Transition HSE from outsourced service to internal capability and design the in-house team.
• Own vendor management for administrative services — SLA design, performance monitoring, cost optimization.
• Translate incidents into systemic upgrades and support new warehouse launches with baked-in standards.
• Develop the team that will scale this function as OPLOG grows.

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy a unified Facilities, HSE and Administrative Affairs system across all OPLOG Türkiye warehouses — one standard, multiple sites
• Systemize the end‑to‑end administrative operations of every warehouse: cleaning, security, shuttle services, cafeteria and catering, building maintenance, utilities, waste management, pest control, signage, working environment standards — moving each from "managed case by case" to "defined, measured and continuously improved"
• Build the occupational health and safety architecture for an environment where humans work alongside autonomous robots (TARQAN)
• Own end‑to‑end ISO 45001 (OHS) and ISO 14001 (Environment) certification, audit cycles and continuous improvement
• Lead the A‑Class OHS Specialist function and workplace physician coordination across sites, ensuring full compliance with İş Kanunu, SGK and ÇSGB requirements
• Transition HSE from outsourced service to internal capability — design the in‑house team and coordination model with external services
• Own vendor management for all administrative services (cleaning, security, catering, transportation, maintenance contractors) — selection, SLA design, performance monitoring, cost optimization
• Translate incidents, near‑misses and audit findings into systemic upgrades
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure new warehouse launches and TARQAN deployments ship with HSE, facilities and administrative standards baked in from day one
• Build and develop the team that will scale this function as OPLOG grows

Who You Are

• 10+ years designing and running Facilities, HSE and Administrative operations in logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing or industrial environments
• You’ve built standards across multiple sites — not maintained them at one location
• Hands‑on experience systemizing the operational backbone of warehouses: cleaning programs, security protocols, shuttle and catering services, maintenance cycles, vendor SLAs
• Deep working knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 — implementation, certification and audit
• A‑Class Occupational Health & Safety Specialist certification
• Strong vendor and contract management track record — you know how to negotiate, monitor and replace service providers when needed
• Fluent in Türkiye’s regulatory landscape: İş Kanunu, ÇSGB, SGK, İSG mevzuatı — you know where the real risks live
• You’ve moved HSE from outsourced to in‑house, or built it from scratch
• You write systems, not memos — your work scales because it’s designed to
• Comfortable in environments where technology changes faster than the procedures — you adapt the system, not resist the change
