Job summary

OPLOG Inc. is seeking an IT Specialist to ensure seamless operation of our IT infrastructure across multiple Turkish sites, including Dilovası, Tuzla, and Şekerpınar FCs.

You will manage user support, device configuration, and endpoint troubleshooting while supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with proficiency across Windows, macOS, and Linux, plus basic networking knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of basic network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to visit multiple sites (Dilovası - Tuzla - Şekerpınar FCs) as required.

Responsibilities

• Track and resolve user support requests through the IT service management platform.
• Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows, macOS, and Linux client devices.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for endpoint and network‑related issues.
• Complete IT processes for new employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain IT equipment (printers, handheld terminals, barcode scanners) at warehouse locations.
• Keep IT documentation up to date.
