Role Description

The Export Operations Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bomonti‑Istanbul, responsible for managing end‑to‑end export operations for Hatko Sports Technologies’ international projects. This role oversees order processing, preparation and control of export documentation, coordination with logistics partners and monitoring shipments to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery. The role communicates daily with international customers, agents, and internal teams to clarify requirements, provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues. Responsibilities include tracking customs procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant export regulations, supporting sales with operational information and maintaining accurate records in company systems. The role also involves contributing to process improvements, reporting on key performance indicators, and supporting project timelines for global installations.
