Job summary

Ravago Türkiye is seeking dynamic team members for a growing production-focused organization in Turkey. The role emphasizes export sales, knowledge of engineering plastics, and strong English communication to expand the customer base in the Marmara region.

Successful candidates will have an engineering BS, 3–5 years in export sales, and proficiency with MS Office, with travel flexibility to support customers and markets.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Materials and Metallurgy Engineering.
• Advanced English skills required.
• Experience with plastics raw materials, especially engineering thermoplastics and thermoplastic elastomers.
• 3–5 years of export field sales experience.
• Advanced computer skills; MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills; team player.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support all direct and indirect sales activities and grow the market in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research, identify new customers, markets, and opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with customers through visits, demonstrations and negotiations to meet targets.
• Report customer questions, problems, and requests to relevant departments to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on sector and market developments.
• Manage proposals and payments of customers.
• Prepare customer visit, sales, and payment reports.
