BPC Powder Coatings in Istanbul (Ataşehir) / Kayseri, Türkiye, is seeking an Export Sales professional to identify and develop international sales opportunities, manage export processes, and maintain relationships with distributors and customers in overseas markets.

You will conduct market research, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment while ensuring compliance with export regulations and tracking market

Qualifications

• Experience in export documentation and logistics.
• Proven ability to grow accounts in foreign markets.
• Experience in industrial products, paints or coatings is a plus.
• Fluency in English and one of Russian, Arabic, German, or French.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Role Description The Export Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul (Ataşehir) /or Kayseri, Türkiye. The Export Sales professional will identify and develop international sales opportunities, manage export processes, and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers in overseas markets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing and following up on quotations, negotiating sales terms, and coordinating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role also involves tracking market trends, participating in trade events as needed, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The successful candidate will contribute to expanding BPC Powder Coatings’ global presence while upholding service quality and compliance with export regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for building customer relationships, managing negotiations, and collaborating with internal teams.
• Proficiency in Market Research to analyze target regions, identify new opportunities.
• Hands-on experience in Export processes, including documentation, logistics coordination, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability in International Sales and Sales to achieve revenue targets and grow accounts in foreign markets.
• Relevant experience in industrial products, preferably in paints or coatings, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English,PLUS fluency in at least one of the following languages:Russian, Arabic, German, or French.
