Job summary

Aksa Carbon in Turkey is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to manage customer orders, oversee export documentation, and coordinate international logistics operations from origin to destination.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics, has experience in order management and shipping processes, and proficient English; relocation accommodation is provided and willingness to travel internationally is welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Foreign Trade, Supply Chain or similar fields.
• Preferably 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, international operations or customs brokerage.
• Familiarity with customs and international shipping processes.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Yalova or Karamürsel.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate movement of goods from origin to final destination.
• Understand and follow international shipping processes and documentation.
• Process and ensure accuracy of customs and export documents.
• Respond to customer and broker requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order and shipment processes.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and stakeholders.
