Job summary

Kastamonu Entegre is seeking a Customer Order Management Specialist to join the Global Sales Team in Istanbul. The role covers end-to-end export order handling, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring timely shipment and documentation.

You will liaise with customers to confirm requirements and monitor delivery timelines. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, strong English skills, and experience with MS Office (SAP knowledge a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage export orders from order-to-deliver process and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Coordinate customer communication for order-to-deliver, handling calls and emails and informing departments about requirements.
• Organize export shipments by coordinating Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics, and Credit Control to ensure smooth information flow.
• Ensure proforma invoices are approved, export documents prepared on time, and order stays within credit limits with timely department coordination.

Kastamonu Entegre Headquarters is looking for a “Customer Order Management Specialist” in Global Sales Team. The position is based in Istanbul.

Job Roles Details:

• Responsible for export customers' “order to deliver process”, following up all related process steps, completing required system transactions, and ensure the order is delivered on time in full
• Coordinate customer communication for “order to deliver process”, receive customer calls & e-mails, inform related departments about the requirements, follow-up production, and delivery operations, inform customers on time about order shipment status
• Organize export shipments by coordination of internal units; provide customer requirements to the departments Export Sales, Production Planning, External Trade, Logistics, and Credit Control and ensure information flow is provided between all relevant departments
• Ensure the proforma invoice is approved by the customer, all necessary export documents are provided on time, the order is processed in the credit limit frame, and logistics & external trade departments are informed on time for necessary preparation for the shipment

Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree from a well-established university
• Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in a second foreign language, preferably Arabic, is a strong advantage
• Excellent command of MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong planning, communication, and coordination skills

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years experience in the field of export customer orders operations
• Have knowledge and experience in customs and foreign trade legislation
