Job summary

Constructor Labs in Istanbul, Turkey, seeks a high-impact Business Manager (President for Türkiye & the Balkans) to shadow and support the President, combining executive assistant duties with hands-on business execution. You will manage the President’s calendar and travel, coordinate preparations, track regional initiatives, and help drive Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM priorities.

This role offers direct exposure to regional leadership and a clear path into broader business

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience in executive support, business management, or similar hybrid roles.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Experience working closely with senior executives.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders.
• High level of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and support the President, following daily priorities and decision-making.
• Manage and optimise the President's calendar, meetings, and travel schedule.
• Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Track action items and ensure execution after executive meetings.
• Act as gatekeeper and organiser for the President’s time and focus.
• Support execution of Türkiye & Balkans strategy alongside the President.
• Track strategic initiatives, execution plans, and regional targets.
• Ensure follow-up on Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and GTM priorities.
• Support cross-functional coordination to keep execution on track.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, board-style decks, and briefing documents.
• Support the President in presentation preparation and delivery.
• Ensure high-quality storytelling, structure, and clarity in all materials.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Türkiye and the Balkans.
