Job summary

Constructor Tech in Istanbul seeks a high‑impact Business Manager (President for Türkiye & the Balkans) to shadow and support the President. This role blends Executive Assistant duties with hands-on business execution and commercial support, guiding the President’s calendar, priorities, and decision flow.

You will drive regional strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, assist with sales and partnerships, and prepare executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
• Proven executive support and hybrid work experience.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Ability to manage complex schedules with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the President and manage daily priorities and calendar.
• Coordinate travel, meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
• Support Türkiye & Balkans strategy execution and regional targets.
• Track sales, customer success, partnerships, and GTM priorities.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing documents.
