Job summary

British Council in Turkey is seeking an organised Exams Delivery Network Coordinator to join the Exams & English Operations team. The role ensures secure, compliant, and efficient examination delivery, coordinating pre-test, test-day and post-test activities across venues, equipment, and staffing.

You will work with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain quality, security, and customer service standards throughout the exam cycle.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Written and spoken English proficiency required.
• Experience coordinating secure, regulated service delivery (exams, logistics, events).
• Proven ability to manage venues, equipment, and logistics to security and quality standards.
• Experience supervising staff or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all exam delivery activities (pre-test, test-day, post-test).
• Oversee venue selection, contracting, and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and integrity requirements.
• Lead venue audits, risk assessments, and readiness checks.
• Engage with venues, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth delivery.
• Maintain operational records and audit trails.
