Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an After Sales Services Manager to oversee the after-sales operations for a fleet of electric commercial vehicles in Türkiye and to support international service activities. The role includes leading service operations, coordinating rapid response for breakdowns, managing spare parts, and driving continuous improvement across dealer networks and partner services.

A strong engineering background and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an After Sales Services leadership role within the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicles, preferably light commercial vehicles.
• Experience managing service operations, dealer networks, fleet customers or aftermarket organizations.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments.
• Strong problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, hands-on and resilient, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Interest in learning electric vehicle technologies and supporting the transition to e-mobility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage after-sales service operations.
• Ensure periodic maintenance activities are completed on time for customer vehicles.
• Maximize vehicle availability and uptime through proactive service management.
• Coordinate rapid response activities for vehicle breakdowns and technical issues.
• Drive root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions with internal departments.
• Manage spare parts planning, inventory, warehousing and related sales activities.
• Conduct customer visits and organize technical trainings when required.
• Monitor and optimize warranty and operational service costs.
• Manage existing dealer and service partners and support network expansion.
• Develop understanding of the vehicle platform and its systems.
• Ensure timely responses to international service tickets.
• Coordinate remote support activities for overseas service centers.
• Lead, motivate and develop the after-sales team while maintaining high service standards.
