Job summary

Rönesans Holding is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist to contribute to our financial reporting processes at our Istanbul head office. The role covers quarterly stand-alone and consolidated IFRS/TFRS reports, regulatory reporting, and coordination with external auditors.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, have 4+ years at a Big Four firm, advanced Excel skills, and strong English proficiency. SAP experience or CPA/CFA are considered assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in one of the Big Four audit firms.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with consolidation processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Teamwork, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Word; SAP experience is a plus; CPA/CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly stand-alone and consolidated IFRS and TFRS financial reports and disclosures.
• Manage annual reporting for BRSA and regulatory authorities.
• Conduct quarterly analytical reviews of consolidated financial statements for top management.
• Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions.
• Prepare management reports on project and segment performance.
• Track corporate group changes (mergers, acquisitions, disposals) in financial statements.
• Support audit, tender, and national/international organization documentation.
• Monitor financial covenants under financing agreements and take necessary actions.

Senior Financial Reporting Specialist

As part of this strong organization, we are looking for a “Senior Financial Reporting Specialist” who will actively contribute to our financial reporting processes at our Head Office in Istanbul.

What You’ll Do?

• Prepare quarterly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and disclosures in accordance with IFRS and TFRS,
• Perform annual reporting for regulatory authorities (BRSA),
• Conduct quarterly analytical reviews of consolidated financial statements and report findings to top management,
• Manage and coordinate relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders,
• Prepare management reports regarding project and segment performance,
• Monitor organizational changes within the Group (mergers, acquisitions, disposals) and reflect these changes in financial statements,
• Support documentation processes related to audits, tenders, and national/international organizations,
• Assist in monitoring financial covenants and obligations under financing agreements and take necessary actions.

What We Expect from You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in one of the Big Four audit firms,
• Strong command of written and spoken English,
• Proven experience in consolidation processes,
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment,
• Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word,
• SAP experience and/or CPA or CFA qualification is considered an asset.
