Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proven management experience in corporate IT applications, ERP, and digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, CRM, BPM, ERP, and industry-specific applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT applications and digital infrastructure effectively, aligned with business strategies.
• Coordinate IT teams and business units for technology investments.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of SAP and corporate applications.
• Ensure enterprise architecture and technology standards across projects.
• Develop strategies to improve performance, security, integration, and continuity of IT applications.
• Monitor scope, budget, timelines, resources, and risks of IT projects.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, consulting firms, and partners, including contracts and SLAs.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to enhance digital capabilities.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization across IT processes.
