Job summary

Gizli Şirket is seeking a senior marketing communications leader with at least eight years of experience to design and execute integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels.

You will develop campaign strategies, plan product launches, and coordinate content, events and digital initiatives while managing agency partners and cross‑functional stakeholders.

This role focuses on end‑to‑end execution, performance monitoring, and continuous optimization to strengthen brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a relevant university
• At least 8 years of experience in marketing communications
• Proven experience in integrated marketing communications across ATL, BTL, and digital channels
• Experience in developing campaign strategies and communication plans, as well as managing end-to-end execution processes
• Strong experience in planning and implementing product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital communication projects
• Experience in agency management, stakeholder coordination, and project management

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, manage, and monitor marketing communication plans, campaign processes, and communication activities
• Plan and coordinate the execution of product launches, campaigns, content, events, and digital communication projects in collaboration with relevant teams
• Manage relationships with advertising, media, creative, digital, and other external agencies and partners; prepare agency briefs and ensure deliverables are aligned with the brand strategy
• Work closely with marketing, sales, category, product, and other relevant teams to ensure the effective implementation of communication projects
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and communication activities, and develop recommendations for improvement and optimization
