Job summary

PaneraTech, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business teams and IT, focusing on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics while supporting cross-functional workflows across HiBob, XAssist, and XSight.

The role drives process improvement, integration, and automation initiatives in a hybrid, global team. You will partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to translate needs into clear requirements, leading cross-functional projects and ensuring alignment across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in business analysis or similar roles leading cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or comparable enterprise apps.
Strong requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and functional documentation.
Experience with integrations, APIs, data flows, and data mapping.
Experience with UAT and software delivery processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; professional English.

Responsibilities

Understand business processes and translate needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Map end-to-end cross-functional processes and identify automation opportunities.
Define integration requirements and data flows with IT.
Support AI-enabled workflows selection and implementation.
Lead UAT, testing, and validation with business stakeholders.
Coordinate with vendors and IT for functional delivery and acceptance.
