Job summary

arabam.com is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered, end-to-end workflows that automate business processes across marketing, operations, and customer-facing teams.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders, translate expert guidance into production-ready AI systems, and build reusable components while advancing the company’s Agentic Transformation journey.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software engineering or AI application development experience.
• Experience with SQL, APIs, LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling and RAG.
• Experience with agentic frameworks is a plus.
• Familiarity with MCP, vector databases, n8n, OCR and multimodal systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Discover, map, and prioritize business processes.
• Design and build AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Own the lifecycle from discovery to production and continuous improvement.
• Define and track success metrics.
• Support adoption through training and documentation.
