Job summary

Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company in Turkey, seeks a Data and Automation Systems Builder to turn ambiguous business needs into end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, and automated workflows. You will connect operational data to real-time alerts and automated decisions, collaborating with engineering, automation, and business teams.

You will help create an AI-powered data engine capable of answering natural-language questions and supporting data-driven decisions, using tools like

Qualifications

Experience building functional data/automation solutions, not just analysis.
Ability to navigate ambiguous problems through research and iteration.
Hands-on SQL and cloud data warehouse experience (BigQuery).
Strong BI/dashboard experience (Looker Studio or similar).
Practical experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make).

Responsibilities

Develop AI-powered data engine supporting natural-language queries and automated decisions.
Design end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, and real-time alerting systems.
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions from definition to production.
Build and maintain automated workflows connecting data sources to reporting and monitoring.
