Job summary

Gizli is seeking an ERP Systems Development Senior Analyst to join our Head Office team in Turkey. The role focuses on ownership of logistics, production, and financial applications, ensuring business continuity and smooth deployment of ERP solutions.

You will analyze business needs, translate them into technical requirements and API specifications, manage testing, and coordinate deployment and process improvements across the production environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of ERP/business applications experience.
• Knowledge of logistics, production or financial processes.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in business analysis, process management and problem-solving.
• Familiar with HelpDesk operations and user management.
• Knowledge of project management and testing processes.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Analytical thinking with reporting and documentation skills.
• Hands-on, ownership-focused, practical approach.

Responsibilities
