Job summary

Concentrix in Diyarbakır is seeking a Domestic - Diyarbakır - Customer Advisor to interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels as required. The role provides customer service support and resolves routine problems related to client products or services.

You will meet KPIs, clarify requirements, listen with empathy, greet customers professionally, maintain product knowledge, document interactions, and refer complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online channels as required.
• Provide customer service support and resolution to routine problems regarding client products or services.
• Meet contractual KPIs and ensure quality service delivery.
• Clarify customer requirements; ask questions and use resources to provide appropriate resolution.
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products or services and document interactions accurately.
• Assist in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Offer additional products and/or services where appropriate.
