Job summary

Join Beko as an Engineer – R&D (Hardware) in Manisa, Türkiye. You will contribute to the development and improvement of washing machine electronic control boards, including displays, mainboards, motor drivers, and sensors. Strong Altium and MCU knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of Analog and Digital circuit design.
• Strong knowledge of using Altium Designer for schematics and PCB.
• Strong knowledge of microcontroller architectures and system peripherals (ADC, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI).
• Knowledge of AC-DC converters and DC-DC Converters.
• Knowledge of PCB layout design.
• Knowledge of Hardware Simulation Tools such as LTspice, Altium Mix Signal Simulation, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical tests is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
• Following and adapting to market trends and new technologies.
• Outside-the-box thinking ability, open to an innovation culture.
• Flexible and open to new perspectives; strong teamwork and initiative.

• Participate in R&D projects for developing new products,
• Develop, maintain, and improve washing machine electronic control boards (Display, Mainboard, Motor Driver, Sensor).

The position is located in Manisa, Türkiye.
