Job summary

Beko Corporate in Ankara, Türkiye, seeks an Engineer - Material & Production Planning to oversee inbound materials and optimize stock management for the Dishwasher Plant Directorate. The role collaborates across Purchasing, QA, Production, and R&D to drive efficiency.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, speak English fluently, and be proficient in SAP ERP, with a mindset for business impact and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on demand and supply management of inbound materials from domestic and international suppliers.
• Develop methods and processes to reduce material stock-keeping days.
• Manage stocking, handling, planning, shipment, and replenishment of direct materials.
• Participate in investments, outsourcing, make-or-buy, and kaizen projects.
• Coordinate between suppliers, Purchasing Directorate, QA, Production, and R&D.
• Assist in supplier selection, evaluation, and quota planning; and in data automation and supply chain optimization projects.

What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for an Engineer - Material & Production Planning who will work for Dishwasher Plant Directorate in Beko Corporate.

• Following up on demand and supply management of inbound materials from domestic and international suppliers.
• Developing methods and processes for the reduction of material stock-keeping days.
• Management of stocking, handling, planning, shipment, and replenishment activities of the said direct materials.
• Taking a role in related investment, outsourcing, make-or-buy projects, and kaizens.
• Maintaining coordination between suppliers, Purchasing Directorate, Quality Assurance, Production, Production Engineering and Research & Development Departments.
• Participating actively in supplier selection, evaluation, and quota planning; in addition to material improvement, data automation, and supply chain optimization projects.

The position is located in Ankara, Türkiye.
