Stryker Corporation in Ankara (Turkey) is seeking a passionate Mako Product Specialist Team Lead to coordinate and grow the MAKO business across Eastern Türkiye. Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of Sales or Clinical experience in Medical Devices or Healthcare.
• Experience coordinating teams or leading cross-functional projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% within Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the Eastern Türkiye MPS team, fostering engagement, knowledge sharing, and capability development to help achieve business targets.
• Manage MAKO accounts, delivering premium customer service and long-term partnership growth.
• Attend surgical procedures regularly to assess field performance and opportunities.
• Define and implement regional strategies to maximize market potential and MAKO utilization.
• Execute sales plans, growing procedure volume with existing and new surgeons.
• Deliver product training and education to healthcare professionals for safe MAKO use.
• Collaborate with commercial and field service teams to resolve customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• Conduct regular visits with surgeons and hospital management to strengthen relationships.
