Job summary

Beko is seeking a Senior Specialist - Planning & Operations to join the Supply Chain Directorate. You will determine supply planning activities across suppliers and product categories and work with Marketing & Sales to align sales plans.

We require experience in product and material planning, procurement processes, strong SAP ECC skills, and excellent English. You will engage in S&OP meetings, monitor inventory, and strive to improve supplier performance in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in product/material planning, supply and procurement processes.
• Proficient in SAP ECC (R/3) and MS Office.
• Knowledge of international trade and logistics operations.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Determine supply planning activities on related suppliers and product categories.
• Monitor inventory levels to balance supply and demand and coordinate with Marketing & Sales for updated sales plans.
• Review or update supply chain practices to reflect new environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
• Monitor global customers’ sales performances and requests to improve customer service levels.
• Participate in S&OP meetings monthly to align supply and demand and contribute to forecasting.
• Measure and plan improvements of supplier performance.
