Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurately enter, validate, and process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Review orders to ensure accuracy of product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information prior to processing.
• Manage and monitor the complete order lifecycle, from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of customer orders.
• Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and special customer requests in a timely manner.
• Track shipment status and proactively follow up on delayed, pending, or outstanding deliveries.
• Communicate order updates and delivery information to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, backorders, shipment performance, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
