Job summary

Envista is seeking a detail-oriented Order Management Senior Specialist to join our team in managing end-to-end order fulfillment and cross-functional collaboration with customers, warehouse, and logistics partners.

You will enter and validate orders in the ERP, monitor the lifecycle, generate status reports, and identify process improvements to boost accuracy, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Logistics Operations.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for order-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Enter, validate, and process customer orders within the ERP system.
• Review orders for accuracy of product codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.
• Manage and monitor the complete order lifecycle from entry to invoicing.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely shipment.
• Process order amendments, cancellations, returns, and special requests promptly.
• Track shipment status and follow up on delayed deliveries.
• Communicate order updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports on order status, backorders, and service levels.
• Identify opportunities to improve order management processes and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
