Job summary

Calico Teknoloji is seeking an Electronic Warfare Algorithms Engineer to develop end-to-end processing pipelines from raw IQ through detection, PDW extraction, and emitter identification. You will work closely with FPGA, CPU, and GPU specialists to translate theory into robust, real-time capabilities.

The role emphasizes algorithmic design, implementation awareness, and validation using lab instrumentation, with strong Python and SDR experience as core prerequisites.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2+ years of professional industry experience in signal processing/EW/SDR/radar.
• Strong Python (NumPy/SciPy) skills for algorithm development and evaluation.
• Solid grounding in detection theory and CFAR/thresholding.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ESM processing pipelines from capture to emitter identification.
• Develop PDW extraction algorithms and detectors grounded in detection theory.
• Implement channelizers, FFT-based processing, and multirate DSP concepts.
• Collaborate with FPGA/CPU/GPU teams to map algorithms to hardware.
• Build test harnesses and evaluation pipelines with real and synthetic data.
