Job summary

Nokta Mühendislik A.Ş. in Turkey is seeking an experienced DSP engineer to research and develop real-time signal processing for detectors, analyze algorithms, and simulate them in MATLAB and Python.

The role focuses on implementing DSP software on embedded processors and collecting signals from lab and field devices. You will work with real-time kernels, reinforce software development practices, document test plans, and collaborate with hardware teams.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of DSP techniques and real-time processing.
• 5+ years of directly applicable DSP programming experience.
• Proficiency in Real-Time C programming and embedded tools.
• Familiarity with real-time kernels/operating systems.
• Background in signal processing concepts such as filtering, detection and modulation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Job Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering
• Solid understanding of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Techniques
• 5+ years of directly applicable work history in DSP Programming
• Proficiency in Real-Time C Programming language
• Proficiency with microcontroller IDE Design & Development Tools
• Strong understanding of Software Development practices
• Experience with Real-Time Kernels and/or Operating Systems
• Knowledge of signal processing theory and techniques such as filtering, detection, estimation, compression, modulation, demodulation
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with ST, Renesas, Microchip, TI or similar processor platforms is a plus
• Experience in real-time Detection and Classification problems is a plus
• Understanding of Electromagnetism and Electromagnetic Induction Theory is a plus
• Experience with Python, MATLAB and QT is a plus
• Experience with Machine Learning is a plus
• PhD degree is a plus
