Job summary

Jobspage is seeking an Electronic Warfare Algorithms Engineer to design end-to-end processing pipelines from raw IQ data to emitter identification. You will work with FPGA/CPU/GPU teams to translate theory into robust, testable capabilities using Python and SDR tools.

The role emphasizes algorithm development, validation with lab instrumentation, and real-time platform considerations for deployment on SDR/test platforms.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years of professional industry experience developing signal processing / EW / SDR / radar algorithms.
• Strong understanding of ESM/ELINT/SIGINT concepts and parameter extraction.
• Proficiency in Python with NumPy/SciPy for development and evaluation.
• Experience with channelizers, FFT-based processing and multirate DSP.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ESM signal processing chains including wideband capture and emitter identification.
• Develop PDW extraction algorithms.
• Build and tune detectors based on CFAR variants.
• Collaborate with FPGA/CPU/GPU teams to map algorithms to hardware.
• Implement channelizers and multirate DSP architectures and perform performance optimization.
• Apply matched filtering and time-frequency processing to improve sensitivity.
• Develop DF strategies and PRI/pulse pattern analysis for robust feature extraction.
