Nokta Mühendislik A.Ş. in Turkey is seeking an experienced DSP engineer to research and develop real-time signal processing for detectors, analyze algorithms, and simulate them in MATLAB and Python.

The role focuses on implementing DSP software on embedded processors and collecting signals from lab and field devices. You will work with real-time kernels, reinforce software development practices, document test plans, and collaborate with hardware teams.

Qualifications

Solid understanding of DSP techniques and real-time processing.
5+ years of directly applicable DSP programming experience.
Proficiency in Real-Time C programming and embedded tools.
Familiarity with real-time kernels/operating systems.
Background in signal processing concepts such as filtering, detection and modulation.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Research and analyse algorithms for signal detection used in detectors
Study patents and papers related to detection technologies
Simulate detection algorithms in MATLAB and/or Python Environment
Develop real-time DSP software to implement algorithms on Embedded Processors
Develop subsidiary programs for collecting signal samples from devices at lab/field
Develop analysis programs on PC using Python, PyQt5, QT for visual signal analysis
Develop documentation and test plans for algorithms and software
Test the algorithms at lab and field
Investigate, debug, and modify existing code
